General provisions

These conditions determine the relationship between the company IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE s.r.l., with registered office in Via Cavanella 9/B – 03039 Trevi (PG) – UMBRIA – ITALY, P. VAT 02015140540, registered in the REA with number PG 173732, hereinafter referred to as ”IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE” and any person who makes online purchases on the website www.ilpianetadelleidee.it hereinafter referred to as ”CUSTOMER”.
Browsing and the transmission of a purchase order by the CUSTOMER determine the acceptance of the General Conditions and the Data Protection Policies adopted by this site.
These conditions govern purchases made on the site www.ilpianetadelleidee.it, in accordance with the provisions of the Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, modified by Legislative Decree n.21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03 on electronic commerce.
These General Conditions of Sale consist of all the clauses that compose them.
Any changes to these general conditions will be promptly communicated in this area together with the date of entry into force.

1 – Subject of the contract
With these general conditions of online sale, IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE remotely sells its products and the CUSTOMER purchases them on the site www.ilpianetadelleidee.it.
The contract is concluded exclusively through the web, by accessing the CUSTOMER at the address www.ilpianetadelleidee. it and the creation of a purchase order according to the established procedure.
The customer undertakes to read and accept, before proceeding with the confirmation of his order, these general conditions of sale, which are understood to be unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.

2 – Pre-contractual information for the consumer – art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
Before concluding the purchase contract The CUSTOMER examines the characteristics of the goods which are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of the choice.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the validation of the order with “payment obligation”, the CUSTOMER is informed about:
– total price of the goods inclusive of taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs;
– terms of payment;
– the term within which IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE undertakes to deliver the goods;
– the conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal;
– existence of the guarantee of conformity for the goods purchased;

3 – Portal registration
The online purchase is also allowed to the CUSTOMER not registered on the site www.ilpianetadelleidee.it.
However, it is recommended to register an account to simplify purchases on the site www.ilpianetadelleidee.it. You will be prompted to enter your personal data. By clicking on the “Login” link at the top right, THE CUSTOMER can choose their profile, create a personal control panel and check the orders placed.
Registration on the site does not imply an obligation to purchase and is reserved only for adult users. The personal data collected will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments and additions, for the purposes and within the limits indicated in the Privacy Policy adopted by IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE.
The CUSTOMER is obliged to provide accurate and updated data. The information on the processing of personal data collected will always be viewable by Users by clicking on the link at the end of the site;

4 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract
The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE to the CUSTOMER of an email confirming the order. The email contains the CUSTOMER’s data and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent.
The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained therein and to promptly notify IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE of any corrections.
IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. However, the photographs of the products presented on www.ilpianetadelleidee.it, even if faithful reproductions of the object for sale, do not constitute a contractual element as they are only representative of the goods.
IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 working days starting from the sending of the order confirmation e-mail to the CUSTOMER.

5 – Methods of payment
Each payment by the CUSTOMER can be made with payment on delivery, by advance bank transfer or with the PayPal payment method only by means of the credit cards indicated on the site www.ilpianetadelledee.it;
In case of PayPal payment, the shipment of the ordered material will take place after receipt of payment on our PayPal account.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped after receipt of the credit on our bank account.

6 – Prices
All sales prices of the products indicated on the site www.ilpianetadelleidee.it are expressed in Euros and include VAT, and where applicable, the Raee contribution.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process before payment is made.
In the event of an IT, manual, technical, or any other kind of error that could result in a substantial change in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 30 days from the day of cancellation.

7 – Shipping
IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE ships throughout Italy via GLS express courier.
The products will be delivered by GLS express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order no later than 30 working days from the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the confirmation email.
Upon delivery of your order to the GLS express courier, you will receive an e-mail.
A final e-mail will be sent to you upon receipt of the final courier which will be delivered to the address you indicated. Our GLS courier makes a delivery attempt; if the delivery does not take place due to the recipient’s absence, a notice of passage is left and the delivery is repeated on the following working day. If in the second step the recipient is still absent, a notice is left again and the shipment is placed in storage at the GLS warehouses. On the notices left by the courier there is the number to be contacted.
Each email contains the link to track the shipment.
The shipping cost for goods in Italy is €9.00 regardless of the volume and weight of the goods purchased.
in the case of orders over € 30, shipping will be free.
For each order placed on the website www.ilpianetadelleidee.it, a tax receipt will be issued for the goods shipped. The invoice will contain the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase procedure. Once the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated therein.

8 – Right of withdrawal
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE by e-mail at the address ti.eedielledatenaiplinull@inidro or by registered letter with return receipt.
The goods must be returned to IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE s.r.l., Via Cavanella 9/B – 03039 Trevi (PG) – ITALY.
The direct costs of returning the products, such as for example the shipment of the goods, are borne by the CUSTOMER.
The products must be returned intact, placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed.
The returned products must be complete with the attached tax documentation.
The CUSTOMER must indicate the method by which he requests the refund, including all the data necessary for the credit, choosing between:
-Bank transfer
-Credit via PayPal
-Disbursement of a purchase voucher (to be spent within 365 days on the platform www.ilpianetadelleidee.it)

9 – Warranty
In the event of receipt of products that do not comply with the orders or are defective, the CUSTOMER has the right to restore the conformity of the product without charge by repairing or replacing it. The CUSTOMER can exercise this right if the defect occurs within two years of delivery of the goods and reports the defect to IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE within 14 days of its discovery. No guarantee will be applied in case of improper use of the product or in case of normal wear and tear of the same.

10 – Responsibility
IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE undertakes to guarantee the correct execution of this contract in all its parts. However, in the event that IL PIANETA DELLE IDEE is unable to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract, it assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances or dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet.< /p>

11 – Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.
Any dispute that does not find an amicable solution will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the CUSTOMER, if located in the territory of the State.
In any case, it is possible to optionally resort to the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale.
